SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders typically will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business day after being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm CST) not including weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12pm CST, your order will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. USPS calculated delivery time is only an "estimate" and may vary.

We ship all our products/items via USPS. Generally most orders require a physical address for delivery! Once your order has been shipped via USPS, you will receive a confirmation notice and tracking information sent to your email associated with order.

 

Once your order has shipped, items generally arrive within 1-3 business days. On rare occasions items may get held up in transit. Please check your order tracking number to see where your order is located and when you can expect it to be delivered. 

Orders shipped to PO Boxes require ground shipping. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska require expedited shipping.

Sorry, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

 If you have a PO Box, we will still ship your items via USPS.

Items going to Hawaii and Alaska will also be shipped USPS.

 

If your items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@slingnbaits.com

Please make sure to include your order number (it should be on the shipping label.) 

 

Sling N' Baits currently only ships online orders to locations inside the United States. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

ALL SALES FINAL ON CLOTHING ITEMS!

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card holder’s policies.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for retuning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please make sure you add insurance on the package. If it is damaged during shipping transit we will not accept the return!

​​CANCEL ORDER POLICY​

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL: You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance Items are not eligible for return.
