Eligibility:
1. Our giveaway contests are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or in Puerto Rico. Sling N' Baits giveaway contests are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
2. You must be at least 13 years of age upon entry (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) to participate.
3. Only one (1) submission per person/household, per giveaway contest. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud or other illegitimate means will result in disqualification, at Sling N' Bait’s discretion.
4. All entries must be received during the giveaway contest period and meet all other requirements in our giveaway contest official terms and rules to be eligible to win a prize.
5. All entries must not include or refer to untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.
6. If you do not meet any of the requirements listed above, or any other eligibility requirements in our Sling N' Baits giveaway contest official terms and rules, you are not eligible to win a prize. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sling N' Baits in the manner and format designated below.
Giveaway Contest Period:
The start and end dates of each Sling N' Baits giveaway contest are defined in the Additional Terms. All entries must be received during the giveaway contest period and meet all other requirements in our giveaway contest official terms and rules and any additional terms to be eligible to win a prize.
Social Media:
Some of our giveaway contests will require you to have a social media account. All social media platforms that Sling N' Baits uses to launch our giveaway contest are free to join.
Selection and Notification of Winner:
Sling N' Baits will select the name of the potential winner(s) of the prize(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential prize winners will be notified by an administrator via email or direct message on the social media platform through which they entered the giveaway contest. Potential winners must respond to notification within five (7) business days of the first notification.
In the event a potential prize winner fails to respond to the first notification within five (7) business day, or if potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate contest winner selected from the remaining eligible contest entires received during that giveaway contest period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held for each prize, after which the remaining prize(s) will not be awarded.
Giveaway contest winners should expect to receive their free prize within two weeks of response to notification email.
Any contestants who violate these terms and rules, our Sling N' Baits giveaway contests offers will be invalid. Sling N' Baits reserves the right to modify or cancel any giveaway contest submission at any time. The Sling N' Baits giveaway contest offer void where prohibited.
The Sling N' Baits giveaway contests shall not be published without the written permission of Sling N' Baits.

Sling N’ Baits is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, or fraud affecting this giveaway contest.
